GlobalYP is a business of people for people.
Our customers are what keep us alive, and we take each customer
question and complaint seriously. GlobalYP complaints are
handled individually by trained customer service
representatives. We identify the specific issues that the
customer is complaining about, and research he customer’s
history with GlobalYP.
After determining the customer’s status and
the nature of the complaint, we look to achieve mutually
satisfactory solutions. Often times, the customer is most
concerned about clear and honest communication. The customer is
contacting GlobalYP because they have something to say, and
wants a resolution, usually specifically suggesting a desired
result. GlobalYP customer service representatives are trained to
listen and respond. GlobalYP will deliver to the customer what
they ask for whenever possible.
When a GlobalYP customer makes a complaint
without mentioning a specific desired resolution, GlobalYP has
trained its customer service representatives to take things to
the next level of service and quality. By identifying the
specific issue complained about, GlobalYP can make a good
determination of what result will satisfy an aggrieved
customer. Possible solutions involve dedicated tech support, an
in-depth discussion on a billing matter, potentially a bill
adjustment, or ideally offering our valued GlobalYP customers a
reason to remain with us as long as they can see the results we
deliver to them.
GlobalYP strives to make each customer
satisfied with the resolution we provide to their complaints.
Because each complaint is unique, it is difficult to calculate
how satisfied a customer is with how GlobalYP resolves their
issues and complaints. We can say that each customer is entitled
to a full investigation and the full attention of our customer
service staff and overall team. GlobalYP makes all efforts to be
fair and accommodating to all customers or individuals who
contact GlobalYP with a complaint, suggestion, or mere
questions.
